The responsibilities of the Administrative Committee are personnel and budget & finance. As the chief administrative arm of the Session, this committee is responsible for reviewing the business management of the overall operation of the church in all areas of its life and for making recommendations to the session where changes should be made to strengthen and increase the effectiveness of the operational life of the church.
